Return Policy
You must examine you furniture prior to accepting it from the delivering trucking company. Refuse the shipment if you find any damage, visible tears, or unusual indentations on the cartons, and make a note of it on the bill of lading. Make the truck driver sign and acknowledge the reason for refusal.
You are responsible for measuring the areas where our equipment is to be placed. You must be sure on color finishes and lock options. You may not return any equipment on this basis.
You must contact our customer service department at 800-872-8858 for all return information and procedures.
We do not accept returned items without a RA (return authorization) number. Return authorizations will be given at our discretion on a case by case basis. Once a return authorization is issued, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to product only. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued. If product is not in what we determine to be acceptable conditions, there will be no credit or refund issued. The RA number must be written on the returned carton.
